To measure your head size, take a tape measure and wrap it around the crown of your head (generally just above your ears).

If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Please measure multiple times, and take into consideration if your hairstyle fluctuates.

If you find your hat is either slightly too big or too small, please reach out and we can offer you some resizing tips.

If there is a fault with your hat, please let us know and we will do our best to fix it.

Brim shape - if your brim loses it’s desired shape, use a household iron to flatten it again. Make sure you put a layer between your hat and the iron eg. a tea towel.

Dirt - If your hat gets dirty, simply brush it with a hat brush or any other soft bristle brush. For stubborn marks, try sand paper.
